Archived Vandals
art, graffiti, graphic design, miniature

Every day, our urban space is subject to incessant changes due to external influences, and the literal design of our cityscape, as well as the present day, is influenced without question by the deliberate application and permanent replacement or removal of graffiti and tags.

In order to counteract these rapid changes, various approaches are being researched that help to capture elements symbolically, to better learn the outside and to integrate it into the inside.

Graffiti and the cityscape, which is otherwise considered "dirty", but also promotes an understanding of the aesthetics behind it in order to make the outside more attractive and possibly more appealing to viewers.

The result is archiving possibilities in the areas of photography, original works by the artists, 3D scans, dioramas, as well as an experimental approach to bringing objects and elements of the street indoors.

Clayground Font
graphic design, type design

The goal of the font called Clayground was to create a unified language for graffiti that could feature all, or rather the most popular styles.

Through the distinctive features such as either pointed ends in tagging or "blown up" letters in throw-ups, rules were established with which the font was designed and built. Clayground features different symbols, ligatures, and variations within a single glyph.

Stories From The Playground
3D, cover art, graphic design

For a small music artist and a friend of mine, I made this cover design for his very first album. The name of the album says all you need to know. It's like a mixed collection of stories and tales told on a swing.

The colorful letters are the ones you used to have on refrigerators and the CD depicts a playground roundabout. The childish look is interrupted by the chain, which is a way to represent the genre and the lyrics.

Data visualization of designer chairs
editorial, graphic design, information design

The content from a brochure and a poster is the visualization of various data of 10 famous designer chairs. Among them belongs the Louis Ghost Chair, Pantone Classic, Thonet No. 14, etc.

Using a grid and a system, the name of the chair, the designer and his lifetime and country of origin, the year of publication, country of production, materials, and average price were then visualized.

Gone In The Woods
3D, concept art, illustration

Concept art for a fictional mystery video game playing in the woods of Oregon, where you have to find your missing wife in the woods and the adjacent, small town called Arborshire Grounds.

The concept art covers a combination of 3D renders including details and almost a cartoonish look using 2D Software.

The Pichhala Experiment
3D, concept art, illustration

Another concept art for a fictional mystery video game playing in Nepal. Your task is to repair an antenna in the Sloppy Summits. When you realize that everything is right with the antenna, you discover a trail that leads to a doping base. In this base, missing tourists are held hostage …

The concept art covers yet again a combination of 3D renders including details and almost a cartoonish look using 2D Software for the finish.

The Big Bang - An explanatory film
animation, illustration

This explanatory film for children tells how the Big Bang came into being and which epochs you have to go back to, in order to realize how old the Big Bang really is.
Far beyond the time of the Egyptians and the dinosaurs. The challenge was to explain physics, I even don't understand to young children.

The film is primarily a 3D film, which includes a hologram that consists of a 2D animated part. You can watch it here.
